Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"You did so many things to make a place attractive but missed an elephant in the room: - mobile connection is literally 0, not signal. And you don’t have any WiFi for your customers. How can you basically log in into your Steam account if you can’t accept login on your mobile phone…"
"The Internet cafe is good and comfortable. There is a VIP room and an ordinary computer. The price is reasonable. Internet cafes do not accept cash. They only accept Gcash and Maya to recharge the account balance. There is no signal in the Internet cafe. I hope that in the future, they will add cash services to recharge account balances and free Wi-Fi for customers. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful."
"One of the best internet cafes I visited so far in Manila. Very fast internet, Good ambiance, the temperature inside as well as the vip room (much better specs and ambiance, 85 pesos per hour rental is very well deserved for it) are just right. You can avail ps5 rentals as well. They do have food that can be cooked on demand, please take note though that they only accept cashless payments (gcash/maya) on top-up and snacks availment, so make sure you have wallet balance before going here. They do have lounges as well and clean restrooms, though the handwashing sink could use a little cleaning.. All in all, a very nice place to do gaming all night. Note: If you will go here for the first time, make sure to bring a valid govt id for registration. For KYC purposes, I guess.."
"My friends and I planned a gaming session here at NAOS, the three of us availed the regular rate for a solid 7 hours (420 pesos total). A bit pricey but for the quality of the PC, it's understandable. We would've bought the VIP rate (went here before) because it's colder and isolated from the rest of the cafe, but it was packed today and there weren't enough seats to accommodate us all. Atmosphere was fine, we were chilling and having a lot of fun. I think we picked a bad spot to play in though because the A/C in that specific area was broken; it was humid and hot, my friends and I were sweating. Our faces were tomatoes for a while lol. Occasionally, water from the A/C would drip down on my friends shoulder too. Only him though, my other friend and I were completely fine aside from the heat. Gaming experience wise, the PC specs for just the regular rate is more than enough. 240Hz monitor and stable 400 FPS while playing Valorant. My only concern was that the keyboard and mouse were sticky... Granted, it's a bustling net cafe with a lot of customers that drop by. Best to bring your own headset/keyboard/mouse or rent them. I had to upgrade the peripherals, mostly out of personal preference but also because I couldn't bear the feeling of a sweaty, sticky mouse It was messing with my aim. I availed the Wooting keyboard rental, while I opted for the Logitech Pro X Superlight for the mouse. My aim/gameplay significantly improved after renting the mouse haha. Setup didn't take too long either, I'd say about 15 minutes of configuring the wires and fiddling around with the USB ports. Staff were nice and friendly, food was brought to the table relatively fast. We tried to use the shop feature to ask the staff to decrease the A/C temperature, but apparently the shop wasn't working so we couldn't remotely ask them to lower the temp. Overall, I'd definitely come back to this NAOS, mainly because of how good their PCs are. I'm definitely availing the VIP room next time I come back. It's less noisy due to it being in a separate room from the rest of the place, and it's chilly cause the A/C actually works. Less disruption + a comfortable temperature = way better environment to game in."
"I tried this internet shop, and it truly exemplifies what a PREMIUM internet shop should be. If I lived closer, I would visit every day. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The only drawback is that the PCs on regular rates start up very slowly, possibly because they use HDDs instead of SSDs. I'm unsure if both regular and VIP PCs use HDDs."
"I really love it here! The place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for gaming, whether it’s PC or console. The atmosphere is perfect for both casual play and competitive vibes. What makes it even better is the staff—they’re super friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. It feels welcoming every time I visit, and I always end up having a great experience. Definitely one of the best esports arenas around!"
"Friendly and professional. Thank you for the pleasant experience!"
"This is located inside Green Podium building. So far best hangout spot in the area. Mej pricey ung rates pero all equipments and vibe are compensated. May PS5 couches sila and nintendo switch area which costs roughly 100 per hour minimum. Includes games like NBA, Tekken, Fifa etc. Their pc are strong enough for most modern games naka 4060 each standard unit. Best thing imo is pwede sila gcash payment, which is super convenient. They also offer cantons and other cafe foods if gutom ka. And the best of all may bidet ang CR nila."
